By every means my favorite Refuge during the entire TMB. It might not be the cleanest, nor the best food, or warmest shower but they def. are the best in terms of mountain spirit. If you are looking for a place where serve “cold” enough beer at 2.5k mt, then it’s probably not the right
We stayed this summer with the whole family. No showers and too many flies (literally hundreds, particularly around the kitchen and restaurant - not very hygienic). The rooms were also not very clean. Of the entire Tour du Mont Blanc it's the one we enjoyed the least. Yet, views are amazing.
